Procurement Specialist

Play a crucial role in managing and optimizing procurement processes and operations across the company. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procurement, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of procurement workflows, ensuring compliance, tracking performance metrics, and providing essential insights to senior management. Your work will help drive better procurement outcomes through efficient system management, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration, with a specific focus on tracking purchase orders (POs), renewals, supplier performance, and more. You will oversee the monitoring of PO requests, regularly report on procurement-related key metrics, work closely with cross-functional teams to assist with ZIP intakes, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), continuously seek ways to enhance procurement systems, assist in the management of master service agreements (MSAs), and other activities as required.
