Job Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, advising hiring managers with candidate data and best practices. You will lead intake meetings, manage inbound applications, and advise hiring managers with interview panel creation. You'll collaborate with team members to source candidates, conduct in-depth interviews, and foster a positive candidate experience. You will build relationships with hiring managers, participate in team projects, and leverage dashboards for improvement. You will actively learn AI best practices.
