Demo Engineer

You will serve as a primary creator of complex content (e.g, building representations of our product from scratch) in 1Password Demo Engineering team. You will proactively scope and build tailored demos and walkthroughs. You will build strong, collaborative cross-functional relationships to assess needs and the effectiveness of the assets we create. You'll adhere to a strong program of governance for the demo program to ensure assets are well-kept, relevant, and effective. You'll also record video content, create web assets, and other ancillary deliverables to embed into demos to increase engagement. You will provide guidance to leadership on improving the effectiveness of the demo program and help manage planning and execution of the demo program at a high level. Provide feedback to cross-functional teams (Product, Product Marketing, Enablement, etc.) based on demo development experience and mentor non-senior members of the team. Occasional travel, including cross-border travel, may be required for conferences, customer on-sites, and company off-sites.
