Provide support as a dynamic and team-oriented individual for the Meadows Center for Preventing Educational Risk, supporting additional projects as determined by the direct supervisor. Coordinate the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE) project as a lead auditor, and support the ODHE Project Manager in all aspects of the work Efficient and effective project coordination and audit skills are key, along with familiarity with LMS and Science of Reading.

Provide comprehensive academic support to VN/PN, BSN | MPEN nursing students throughout the nursing program providing CMS coaching to improve and master CMS performance. Conduct individualized coaching sessions focused on content mastery, test-taking strategies, and time management. Provide targeted support for at-risk students. Develop and lead CMS Boot Camps to address knowledge gaps and enhance test-taking skills.
