POSITION OVERVIEW:
- Design, build, and support FNF-approved agents that streamline work.
- Execute a prioritized backlog of use cases, turning workflows into agents.
- Deploy agents to approved channels with strong quality and reliability.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate business needs into clear agent behavior and measurable outcomes.
- Design, build, test, and deploy Copilot Studio agents, including conversation flows.
- Maintain a library of reusable components to accelerate delivery.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Three to five years’ experience working in enterprise software development (SDLC).
- Delivery experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot Agent kit, and enterprise Power Platform.
- Strong communication skills.
