Role Objective:
- Analyze, design, develop, and maintain AI agents in Python.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and observability.
- Define agent behavior, flows, orchestration, and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate product requirements into agent behaviors.
- Integrate agents with tools, APIs, and structured data.
- Rapidly iterate on agents based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing production-grade software systems.
- Strong experience with Python for backend or systems development.
Platforms, Tools, and Technologies:
- Proficiency with *nix shells.
- Experience with Git branching strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
