Engineering Leader, Platform Engineering

The Engineering Leader will provide support and set the strategic direction for teams delivering software and infrastructure that contributes to our mission. The role involves collaborating with senior leaders to ensure the team’s objectives align with the company’s long-term goals. Also, you will be responsible for growing technical contributors and managers to reach their full potential, recruiting and retaining top talent, and partnering with the Talent team to build high-performing engineering teams. The key to success is operating autonomously, prioritizing effectively, and making judgment calls on complex, multi-team initiatives, where the ability to scope and lead projects will be essential. Furthermore, the leader will support teams through change, as 1Password is a rapidly growing and evolving company, and change is a constant.
