Senior Talent Programs Specialist

As a Senior Talent Programs Specialist, you'll partner with functions across the organization on complete hiring process rebuilds and process optimization. You will also collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring sprints (both in person and virtual) by developing best practices, processes, collateral and running events. You will create and evolve event strategies for the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on connecting with passive and active talent. You will manage the internship performance program, providing ongoing guidance and feedback. Supporting and coordinating emerging talent events, providing organizational assistance and backup as needed, as well as work with the Emerging Talent Recruitment Specialist to execute internship recruitment and engagement, especially during peak hiring periods.
