Open Positions

  • Develop and cultivate relationships with existing clients as a trusted advisor, proactively selling Cority products and leading quarterly business reviews.
  • Manage inbound client requests, conduct product demonstrations, provide quotes, and collaborate with the consulting group to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce, travel as needed, and execute channel partner programs while supporting European sales opportunities.

  • Act as the primary liaison between Cority and clients, leading project implementations including configuration, training, and testing.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical consultants to meet utilization targets and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Build trust with clients, stay current on product features, and support cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.

  • Act as primary technical liaison between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients during implementation, managing technical discussions from database conversion to integration.
  • Gather technical information, track bugs with JIRA, and assist in business process review sessions to ensure client satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise for authentication, data cleanup, integrations, and deliver training sessions for client system administrators.
