Define, design, and execute a comprehensive learning and development program to educate and train the sales team. Develop and expand the function to support a formal Sales Certification program. Create a curriculum to ensure the sales team has the product knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill their respective roles and leverage the full potential of Cority software.
Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and Introduction Meetings held, while meeting or exceeding activity metrics for managing inbound Leads. Position the value proposition of the Cority solution and communicate key information regarding solutions and delivery of our products to key personas in target accounts. Leverage MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies to ensure strong qualification of a prospect’s needs and requirements.
