This is a fully remote role to manage and continuously improve Cority's recurring services program. The Senior DevOps Engineer will work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy, operate, and continuously improve our cloud-based infrastructure. The role as Vice President of Customer Success requires defining and executing a best-in-class Customer Success strategy that drives adoption, maximizes customer value and ensures long-term retention and growth across Corityβs global client base. The candidate will serve as a cross-functional leader, collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Professional Services, and Support to solve challenges and drive business outcomes.
The Project Manager is responsible for providing dedicated project management for global implementations of Corityβs EHS and Quality software systems. The successful candidate will manage the end to end implementation of Corityβs EHS and Quality software.
Act as the liaison between Cority and clients based on assigned projects. Validate that assigned clients are satisfied with all Cority provided software and services. Ensure lead consultant is involved in appropriate corrective actions and/or recommendations to Cority management. Follow Cority Implementation Methodology (CIM) for all customer implementations.
Act as the primary technical liaison between Cority Client Service Consultants and clients during a project, including project meetings for technical discussions regarding database conversion, review of client legacy systems for integration, advanced security configuration, and defining workflow logic through business rule and advanced report development.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and assertive Team Lead, Quality Assurance (QA) who will be responsible for leading our QA team and guiding our engineering teams to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with customer expectations. They will oversee planning, estimation and execution of Software Testing activities for our platforms as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations.
