Team Lead, QA

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and assertive Team Lead, Quality Assurance (QA) who will be responsible for leading our QA team and guiding our engineering teams to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with customer expectations. They will oversee planning, estimation and execution of Software Testing activities for our platforms as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations. You will drive clear and consistent processes improvement for software quality control, QA effort estimation, QA commitment, QA engineers’ management across all software quality assurance team and products by working and coordinating effectively with other departments and company leadership. This role reports to QA Director.
