This role involves managing inbound calls from potential customers enquiring about services, existing customers looking to cancel or add services. As an advisor, you will meet call handling KPIs, hit sales targets, attend training sessions, and participate in team huddles. You’ll need to be a people person, with great sales skills, resilient and persuasive. Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer. You'll manage inbound calls from existing customers moving out, landlords closing accounts, and new occupiers, meeting KPIs and sales targets.
