Job Description

As Head of Sales, you will devise and gain senior management approval for a sales plan, to include targets and KPIs, which drives the growth of ClearBank Europe in Europe West & South. Implement the approved sales plan to achieve short, medium and long-term revenue growth, as well as other KPIs. Take the lead in sales campaigns and owning the end-to-end sales cycle – marshalling internal resources, driving consensus for change and negotiating client contracts to achieve business objectives and to maximize revenues. You will embed and manage world-class processes to provide a solid platform to support the growth of the company in Europe West & South, particularly to include sales processes. Play a lead role in developing senior-level contacts on a multi-stakeholder basis in major clients, potential clients and partners to drive market traction. Develop and manage the partner ecosystem to enhance ClearBank Europe’s sales effectiveness in Europe West & South.
