Director Facilities Europe (m/f/d)

About the Role:

• Provide strategic leadership and governance for Facility Management across a diverse European real estate and logistics portfolio.
• Manage three large logistics distribution centers, three smaller warehouses, one headquarters, and eight office buildings.
• Oversee the Technical Engineering function responsible for conveyor and automation maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute a forward-looking European FM strategy focused on growth, resilience, and cost efficiency.
• Own overall accountability for the international FM portfolio, ensuring compliance and operational continuity.
• Lead a decentralized, multi-country FM organization, building high-performing teams and a culture of ownership.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in international Facility Management, ideally in logistics or industrial environments.
• Proven strategic leadership experience with multi-country portfolio management.
• Demonstrated budget responsibility in the multi-million euro range and ability to build scalable governance.
