Key Responsibilities:
- Lead portfolio management and day-to-day coordination for priority waste initiatives with initial focus on manufacturing waste.
- Drive cross-functional governance, follow-up, and issue resolution across operations, supply chain, finance, and commercial partners.
- Track initiative progress, risks, dependencies, and value delivery to ensure waste reduction commitments are realized.
Core Competencies:
- Strong program and portfolio management skills across multiple workstreams.
- Ability to lead through influence in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range from $122,000 to $167,750 with eligibility for a competitive bonus program.

- No relocation support available; travel requirement around 25%.
