• Create Voice of Customer reports using social listening data.
• Moderate Rover-owned Social media communities.
• Prioritize and multitask inbound customer contacts by email, social media, and/or messaging regarding customer escalations and platform inquiries.

Act as the strategic lead for multiple brand accounts across social platforms. Guide the content process from concept to execution. Jump in to write copy, storyboard content, or shoot quick iPhone videos when needed.
