Client Strategy & Outcomes:
Serving as the strategic lead for multiple brand accounts across various social platforms.
Setting and tracking content goals aligned with client objectives, such as awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Communicating performance insights and next steps to internal and external teams.
Creative Oversight:
Guiding the content process from concept to execution, briefing creative teams, and reviewing deliverables.
Ensuring content is social-first, timely, and tailored to each platform.
Collaborating with design, video, and influencer teams to bring ideas to life.
Hands-On Execution:
Writing copy, storyboarding content, or shooting quick iPhone videos when needed.
Engaging in community management by responding to comments and shaping tone.
Posting live during events or key cultural moments.
