As an intern in procurement, you will support the purchasing management directly in their daily work, connecting organizational responsibility with content-related work, planning meetings and workshops, and helping to coordinate business trips.

This role leads strategic sourcing activities across all aspects of SCAN’s IT Category Management for various Software and IT professional services sourcing. It requires strategic ownership of all-encompassing category spend, developing strategies to reduce total cost of ownership – including vendor management, demand management, and governance/compliance – to achieve initial TCO reduction and ongoing year-over-year improvements, utilizing an understanding of industry trends.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Procurement Analyst to join our dynamic procurement team. The Procurement Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our procurement processes, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and contract management. In this role, you can expect to review purchase requests, maintain procurement databases, manage contract lifecycles and support strategic sourcing initiatives.
