Senior Staff Commodity Manager, Electrical

Key Responsibilities:

• Own commodity strategy for assigned electrical portfolio, including power conversion, PCBAs, connectors, cables and harnesses, sensors, power distribution, chassis, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Lead DFM, DFX, and should-cost work with Engineering from early NPI; plan and deliver cost-down programs tied to product cost roadmap.
• Drive supplier selection, negotiate pricing and contracts, and partner with SCM Program Managers for clean R&D-to-production transitions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent; 15+ years of experience in electrical engineering, operations, and supply chain.
• Deep knowledge of power electronics, industrial electrical components, PCBAs, and cable assemblies; proven experience in contract negotiation and global supply base management.
• Familiarity with FEOC, IRA/ITC, USMCA, and UL/IEC compliance; strong analytical skills with Excel and MRP/ERP systems.
