Sourcing Manager – T&D/EPC

Role Overview:

• Lead sourcing strategies and a team for T&D/EPC projects at EnergyLink, a Quanta Services company.
• Drive commercial excellence by managing complex material bid packages and supplier partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute material sourcing strategies aligned with project budgets and client expectations.
• Oversee bidding, supplier selection, and risk assessments for transmission, substation, and distribution projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and construction teams to ensure supply chain alignment.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8–12 years of progressive sourcing experience with 4–6 years in T&D or utility projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering; proven leadership of sourcing teams.
• Strong knowledge of competitive bidding, contract negotiations, and T&D materials.
