Director of Supply Chain & Procurement

Job Overview:

• Establish and lead CleanSpark's enterprise procurement and supply chain function as a shared service.
• Support mining, AI data center, energy, technology, operations, and corporate teams through consistent sourcing and supplier governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute enterprise procurement, supply chain, and category strategies aligned with operating plans and growth initiatives.
• Own supplier performance and risk-management practices, including quality, delivery, cost, and logistics constraints.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, and Operations to strengthen procure-to-pay workflows and spend visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus ten or more years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Demonstrated experience building or centralizing a procurement function and leading teams.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
