The Senior Director will be managing the overall PMO group for the Next Gen Finance project. This senior director will also create and lead the Business Process Automation team under the Next Gen Finance project at Mattel. The candidate should have a solid background in Business Process Automation and leading large scale ERP implementations.
Seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement expert with solid SAP Ariba expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our P2P team within a global ERP rollout, ensuring efficient and streamlined procurement processes, and optimizing the use of SAP Ariba and SAP MM module within the organization.
Lead the strategic sourcing of direct materials to support the manufacturing of finished goods, driving value through innovation, managing supplier accounts, and ensuring material meets requirements. Effectively lead complex conversations, contract negotiations, and risk mitigation efforts. Identify and lead continuous improvement projects to reduce spend, increase supply assurance, and improve food safety and quality.
The Buyer will manage the full procurement lifecycle for materials, components, and services in support of Department of Defense (DoD) contracts. The individual will oversee cradle-to-grave procurement processes in full compliance with FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and company policies. They will also prepare and issue purchase orders and subcontracts aligned with DoD contract requirements.
