As an Engineering Manager in GitLab's Plan stage, you'll lead a team in an important and growing area of our business, building and guiding a high-performing team of engineers working on solutions that help organizations better plan and execute their work across the software development lifecycle.

In this role, you will define, measure and track metrics to reduce false negatives (bots undetected) and false positives (incorrect detection). You will be working with world class engineers and researchers to offer customers long term efficacy against attacks on their web/mobile applications and APIs by defining product strategy for core detection, defence technology and tooling.

Strategize product roadmaps, drive the development of new core features, bring net new experiences to market, and ensure that our solutions meet the high standards our customers expect. You will oversee the end-to-end management of the product life cycle from concept through launch. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and utilize analytics to inform product decisions.

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive and coordinate cross-functional projects within our Cloud Operations team, overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cloud operations projects to increase efficiency of our operations and services. In this role, you will collaborate with teams to ensure robust cloud services and apply ITSM processes for continuous improvement in service delivery.
