Own and prioritize the product backlog for an assigned product area, writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria that translate roadmap themes into actionable engineering work.
Partner daily with engineering and design throughout the development lifecycle, making timely trade-off decisions on scope, sequencing, and priority.
Validate that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and the intended customer or business outcome.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or equivalent experience.
2-4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a related agile delivery role at a software company.
Working knowledge of agile/scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with backlog and sprint management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Preferred Qualifications:

Healthcare IT experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a track record of collaboration across engineering, design, and cross-functional business teams.
