The Role:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to support healthcare cost containment solutions.
• This role will drive product vision, backlog management, and execution in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects based on business value.
• Write clear, concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong hands-on JIRA experience and deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in healthcare technology or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
