Product Strategy & Vision:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine product vision aligned to strategic priorities.
- Support innovation and modernization initiatives enhancing agent and customer experiences.
- Partner with senior Product Owners to identify opportunities driving business value.
Product Ownership & Backlog Management:
- Own and maintain the product backlog for assigned capabilities and features.
- Develop clear user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritize based on value and dependencies.
- Ensure requirements are well understood for effective team execution.
Agile Team Leadership:
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.
- Work daily with the Agile team to clarify requirements and remove roadblocks.
- Maintain alignment between business priorities and development efforts.
