The Director of Product Management is responsible for running a top-notch enterprise software product and injecting extensive domain experience as well as customer and market knowledge into the product software development process. This role will define and execute on a product roadmap and be a significant contributor to Go-to-market activities. This person must be self-motivated, results-oriented, data driven, and extremely well organized with strong business, market, and technical acumen. In addition, this position will manage and mentor a team of product managers, business analysts, and UX designers.

The Lead Software Engineer will work with engineers, architects, and product managers to develop software on our philanthropic solutions software platform. This person must be self-motivated and results-oriented with strong programming skills across modern enterprise software architectures. The Lead Software Engineer is expected to work well in an agile development environment to mentor and develop those around them and build superior products.
