Phantom

As a key member of our Growth & Engagement squad, you will own the design, implementation, and optimization of user-facing growth features action cards, referral flows, push-notification experiences, Phantom Pro upsells, and onboarding enhancements. You’ll partner with Product, Design, and Backend to turn hypotheses into polished, performant, and A/B-test-ready interfaces, build reusable component libraries, and instrument every feature for real-time analytics and rapid iteration.

You will own and evolve the core authentication infrastructure that secures every Phantom account. You’ll lead the design, implementation, and operation of our hardened Auth stack, multi-factor authentication methods, and next-gen key-management services. Your work will directly reduce account-takeover risk and empower every product team with rock-solid identity foundations.

As a Solana Blockchain Engineer at Phantom, you will lead the development of cutting-edge on-chain trading infrastructure, build novel exchange mechanisms, and shape the future of decentralized finance on Solana. You will design and implement high-performance smart contracts, optimize for latency and transaction cost, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Our crypto wallet is used by millions of people to access apps and financial services built on the Solana blockchain. As a DevOps Engineer, you'll focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines and managing the lifecycle of application releases across mobile and web platforms, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of our applications.
