Shape and amplify the story of Phantom’s expanding suite of products, positioning Phantom as the safest and easiest-to-use entry point to crypto. This role will lead external communications across all product lines and drive consistent, high-quality media coverage and narrative clarity around Phantom’s products, launches, and long-term vision.

Act as the first point of contact for developers integrating Phantom's SDKs and other products, triaging issues, reproducing bugs, and unblocking integrations quickly through clear, friendly support. Also, contribute to our AI support chatbot as a secondary responsibility by providing training content and feedback that improves answer quality and safety.

Drive growth and customer acquisition by building and optimizing Phantom's global affiliate program from zero to one. Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of affiliates, influencers, KOLs, and content partners who can effectively promote Phantom products to their audiences. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer with prior experience with crypto audiences and partners who can build and develop these key business relationships.

As a Rust engineer at Phantom you’ll be doing everything from building delightful user interfaces and creating cross-platform client infrastructure on the frontend, to creating APIs, data pipelines and services that bridge the gap between the blockchain and the user experience our users have come to expect on the backend. Designing and optimizing systems that ensure Phantom transactions land quickly and consistently across rapidly evolving Solana network conditions.

Act as Phantom’s outward-facing business & partnerships function, establishing and managing strategic partners in service of driving go-to-market execution, distribution, and revenue. Design, maintain, and evolve the backend services and APIs that connect Phantom Cash to blockchains. You will communicate clearly across pods, document rigorously, and elevate the engineering bar through execution and mentorship.
