Data Scientist

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyze user journeys, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization to identify opportunities and recommend product improvements.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, define success metrics, and interpret results to inform product decisions.
• Build reusable analytical datasets and dbt models, collaborating with Data Engineering on Snowflake, Dagster, and ETL pipelines.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data science or product analytics with a track record of influencing product decisions.
• Strong foundation in statistics, including probability, inference, hypothesis testing, regression, and sources of bias.
• Advanced SQL and Python proficiency, plus working knowledge of dbt and modern data platforms.
