Senior Game Producer, Narrative

As a Senior Game Producer for Narrative Games, you will be working at the intersection of world-class storytelling and innovation. Working with the Executive Producer, you will be responsible for complex projects that bring worlds to life in new and enchanting ways for our members. You will be instrumental in guiding game development teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with a 360 eye on quality. Responsibilities include, guide our development teams with a sharp focus on our goals, foster an environment of collaborative innovation, partner with cross-functional teams to conduct thorough project due diligence, define and oversee milestone deliverables, seek out and assess project risks, forge strong new partnerships, plan and manage Live Service transition points, utilize data-driven insights, hold high stakes conversations, be an incredible communicator, and mentor and support the growth of other producers.
