Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage multiple projects across content production, marketing, social media, creator partnerships, and technology initiatives.
  • Maintain project timelines, task lists, meeting notes, and action items, and follow up with team members and external partners.
  • Keep leadership informed on project status, priorities, and risks, and coordinate communication across departments.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, production coordination, operations, or executive support.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1/C2), exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Highly proactive, self-directed, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in entertainment, animation, film, gaming, creator economy, comics, anime, social media, or digital media industries.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Interest in emerging technology and digital marketing workflows.

Compensation:

  • $8/hr – $15/hr, part-time (20 hours per week) with potential to transition to full-time.
  • Fully remote role with availability required during U.S. Pacific business hours.
