Commercial Construction Estimator

Job Summary:

• This role involves owning estimating, bidding, and pre-construction activities for commercial framing projects.
• You will work independently, managing a high volume of estimates while communicating directly with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed takeoffs and prepare bids using tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, and Procore.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and vendor outreach to ensure accurate pricing.
• Collaborate with leadership and project teams to support successful project bids.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of commercial or industrial construction estimating experience.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with native Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with at least one major construction estimating platform.
