This role is responsible for preparing accurate bids and evaluating project scopes for complex landscape construction projects.
The ideal candidate understands multiple construction trades and thrives in a structured, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive bids for landscape construction projects.
Perform quantity takeoffs using Eagle View, Bluebeam, and On-Screen Takeoff.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and support just-in-time inventory planning.

Qualifications:

Civil Engineering degree or equivalent construction estimating experience, with 3–6+ years of experience.
Strong understanding of civil, site development, or landscape construction.
Proficiency with Eagle View, Bluebeam, OST, and Microsoft Office Suite.
