Responsibilities:
- Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates for commercial landscape construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify scope requirements and risks.
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience estimating U.S. commercial construction projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working for general contractors or specialty site contractors.
- Familiarity with value engineering and alternative pricing strategies.
