Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for commercial landscaping projects using takeoff software.
- Perform back-end pricing by sourcing materials, outdoor amenities, equipment, and other project components from suppliers and vendors.
- Contact suppliers and vendors to obtain current pricing, product availability, lead times, and quotations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or landscaping estimating, quantity takeoffs, or similar role.
- Proficiency in quantity takeoff software, with Togal experience highly preferred.
Work Environment:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
- This is a fully remote position based in Manila, PH.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the estimating team.
