Commercial Construction Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed material and labor quantity takeoffs from commercial drawings and specifications.
• Prepare professional bid proposals, scope sheets, and clarify inclusions, exclusions, and allowances.
• Manage ITBs, coordinate subcontractor quotes, and conduct thorough bid leveling.

Tools & Software:

• Utilize PlanHub for ITB management and subcontractor tracking.
• Leverage Contractor Foreman, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or STACK for takeoffs and estimating.
• Work with Google Workspace and Adobe Acrobat Pro for document management.

Candidate Profile:

• Bring 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication for proposals and subcontractor outreach.
• Exhibit exceptional organization and attention to detail in managing multiple bids.
