Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft clear, professional, and winning bid proposals, scope sheets, and proposal letters.
- Perform detailed material and labor quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specs.
- Manage the Invitation to Bid process through PlanHub, including tracking subcontractor quotes.
Specific Requirements:
- 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with scope development and proposal writing.
- Proven ability to craft polished commercial bid proposals with well-defined exclusions and clarifications.
Software and Tools:
- Hands-on experience with Contractor Foreman or similar platforms.
- Direct experience using PlanHub for ITB management.
- Proficiency in digital takeoff tools like Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or STACK.
