- We are seeking a Quantity Takeoff Specialist to join our team.
About the Client:
- CP Build is a privately held commercial finishes contractor founded in 1980.
- They are a tight-knit group of construction professionals focused on executing projects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs for flooring, tile, cabinets, and countertops from blueprints.
- Calculate material quantities, apply waste factors, and account for seams and cuts.
- Cross-reference finish schedules and update takeoffs as documents change.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in quantity surveying, construction management, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in construction takeoffs and proficiency with MeasureSquare 8 and Excel.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and strong attention to detail.
