Join our Structures and Bridge Design Group as a Civil Project Engineer II/III, where you'll work on innovative renewable energy and structural design projects in a collaborative setting. Key responsibilities include designing steel piles and connections, developing concrete slab designs, and applying knowledge of renewable energy systems to structural design. You'll also assist in project scoping, scheduling, and budgeting, and contribute to marketing and proposal development.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional project managers and estimators. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of property damage evaluation but also be flexible and a strategic thinker, able to take on a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include evaluating disasters and minimizing damage during emergencies.

This role is responsible for managing the entirety of construction projects from proposal to completion, requiring deep industry knowledge and leadership. The Senior Project Manager ensures goals are met, including safety, quality, and team performance, across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and fosters teamwork and professional development.

As part of Intersect’s Construction Project Management team, you’ll help deliver utility-scale projects from early construction through substantial completion. Working closely with Development, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, and Operations, you’ll help ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and on track for successful handoff to Operations.
