AECOM's Estimating Group is seeking an Estimator III to support diverse projects and engineering estimate efforts. This position can be performed remotely within the continental United States. The Estimator III will provide cost estimating support for Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Transportation and Energy projects, varying from conceptual to hard bid, including detailed take-off, cost estimating, construction methodology, subcontractor/vendor coordination, and constructability reviews.
This role will support environmental clearance and compliance activities for the client by assisting the Project Manager in overseeing the regional consultant to ensure quality, on-time delivery of environmental documents through preliminary engineering, including managing document reviews, tracking deliverables and approvals, coordinating with consultant teams, and supporting policy implementation.
Conducts environmental compliance audits in active construction areas, including reviewing reports, permits, and regulatory documents. Prepares audit findings and coordinates with technical teams to ensure environmental commitments are met, working closely with an interdisciplinary compliance team.
This role provides critical oversight and coordination of environmental processes to ensure timely delivery of project clearances, supporting the development, review, and quality control of CEQA/NEPA documents, while guiding teams and consultants to maintain compliance with regulatory standards. It also involves coordinating with technical disciplines, agencies, and stakeholders to align environmental deliverables with project schedules.
You would be responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within the assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single-area, multi-area or multi-discipline construction project. The job includes providing overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects, ensuring assigned job site operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
AECOM is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer with a highway and roadway design background to support their Colorado Springs, CO, office. You'll serve as a technical advisor, develop study and design procedures, and participate in project reviews. Responsibilities include preparing cost estimates, performing quality control, and developing engineering budgets and schedules. You will initiate designs, guide the drafting team, and ensure client needs are met.
Join AECOM's Environmental Planning Group as a Senior NEPA Compliance Project Manager and manage projects related to NEPA compliance and environmental permitting, oversee staff, perform quality assurance and control, and communicate with clients. This is a fully remote, 32-hour-a-week, benefits-eligible role that requires technical expertise in the sciences.
