Responsibilities:
- Projecting and establishing project schedules and budgets.
- Ensuring timely site turnovers and stakeholder expectation management.
- Maintaining collaborative vendor relationships and managing performance.
Oversight:
- Overseeing Pre-Development and Construction tasks for timely openings.
- Managing payment processing and tracking for contracts and initiatives.
- Participating in punch list site visits with MEP Engineers and architectural firms.
Liaison & Budget:
- Primary liaison for stakeholder support and construction needs implementation.
- Tracking and measuring against annual construction budgets.
- Identifying and tracking cost drivers affecting bid and final cost variances.
