Responsibilities:
- Review civil, electrical, architectural, and construction drawings to understand project scope and identify key cost drivers.
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs (6-8 per week) and develop indicative cost estimates.
- Assist senior cost estimator with RFP efforts, including creating RFPs and leveling bids.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction science, civil engineering, architecture, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience, with basic to intermediate understanding of construction estimating.
- Ability to read construction drawings and communicate professionally with contractors.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly rate of $36 - $40/hr with competitive base salary and annual bonus.
