Responsibilities:
- Prepare and revise detailed material takeoffs and quantity surveys with senior guidance.
- Review architectural drawings and specifications to determine project scope and pricing.
- Analyze schedules, including mock-ups and testing requirements, to develop comprehensive cost estimates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years of estimating or preconstruction experience in construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of unitized curtain wall systems and storefront framing.
