Responsibilities:
- Build complete, accurate cost estimates for multi-family, residential, and commercial projects, from quantity takeoffs through final bid packages.
- Respond to RFPs and prepare bid packages, including opportunities at the city, county, and local level.
- Build rapport with stakeholders, representing the company in person and virtually during bid Q&A sessions and estimate presentations.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive construction estimating experience, ideally including government RFPs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and comfortable using AI tools.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and building codes.
Additional Information:
- $65.00 - $75.00/hour, 1099 independent contractor.
