Senior Cost Estimator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cost management procedures for the Client's worldwide construction activities.
• Assist project managers in defining realistic budgets based on project requirements, procurement strategy, and market conditions.
• Identify cost risks and mitigation measures, and review cost forecasts to safeguard budget adherence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost estimating and management (pre-contract and post-contract).
• International experience on industrial construction projects and proficiency in cost databases and tools like RIB iTwo or CostX.
