Senior Electrical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Manage prequalification of vendors, assess proposals and bids, and make final recommendations to clients.
• Evaluate contractor and subcontractor tenders and prepare commercial recommendations.
• Perform high-level review of change orders, validating quantities, rates, and scopes of work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimating in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management.
• Proficiency in MS Suite, Bluebeam, and digital cost management tools.

Additional Information:

• On-site presence may be required depending on client needs.
• Salary range: $140,000 - $155,000 per year, plus total compensation package.
