Job Description:
- Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to support large-scale, mission-critical data center programs.
- This role leads detailed electrical estimates for power distribution, backup generation, and critical systems.
- You will work closely with engineering, construction, and procurement teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of detailed electrical cost estimates for hyperscale data center projects.
- Perform and oversee comprehensive electrical quantity takeoffs from drawings, specifications, and BIM models.
- Develop, validate, and challenge labor, material, and equipment pricing models.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in electrical estimating, with preference for data center or mission-critical projects.
- Proficiency in estimating tools such as Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or Bluebeam.
