Project Cost Consultant – Data Center Construction

Responsibilities:

• Provide preconstruction support during project approval phases, including historical cost analysis and development of annual contractor purchase orders.
• Manage internal project budgets and schedule of values for monthly financial reporting across multiple projects.
• Oversee external project budgets via external project management platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 6–7 years in construction, with at least 4 years in cost-focused project controls on large multi-project programs.
• Data center or mission critical construction experience strongly desirable.

Additional Information:

• The salary range for this role is $130K-$150K USD.
• Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
