Job Summary:
- Stand-up the deployment, standardization, and adoption of project controls systems for projects transitioning from Development to Execution.
- Provide technical guidance across the Controls team and support key strategic decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement a comprehensive cost control system by collaborating with Delivery, Finance, and EPC partners.
- Translate estimates and execution plans into budgets, forecasts, and change management systems.
- Ensure alignment of cash-flow with schedule activities and support project leadership with analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years supporting large capital projects with formal Lead or Manager experience.
- Mix of Contractor and Owner role experiences preferred.
