Responsibilities:
- Oversee schedule, cost, earned value, and baseline tracking for project controls.
- Review project documentation and evaluate technical, commercial, and risk interfaces.
- Prepare defensible work products, dashboards, and variance analyses for lender and DOE decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of relevant engineering, construction, or energy infrastructure advisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, construction management, or related field.
- PMP, CQA, or other relevant certifications preferred.
