- Lead the development and management of cost plans and detailed CSA estimates for large-scale data center campuses.
- Present milestone cost updates and facilitate value engineering and cost modeling.
- Coordinate estimating activities across teams and review contractor pricing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of construction estimating experience on major capital programs; data center experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in CostX and Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or Navisworks advantageous.
